Pretty hit or miss. The drive through is often backed up and you usually can't order inside (though you can order in advance on... the app and pick it up at the door). The food/drinks vary wildly from pretty good to fine to sometimes nasty. I mostly gobecause it's in a good location and it gives me an excuse to go on a walk in the morning for iced coffee, not because theiroptions are particularly cheap or great (Aroma Joe's is way better). At the time of writing the location is closed due toconstruction, hopefully it'll reopen with more staff. Read more
I live a block away and would rather drive 10 min to another location. The cold brew always tastes like dirt. I'm not sure how... they can ruin it, but it never tastes like other locations. I've given this location too many opportunities. I understand staffshortages cause you to open and close at weird hours but when your drinks don't taste the same as other locations, that's whenyou have a real problem Read more
Tgis place was drive through only. No inside ording, seating, or bathroom access. All businesses are open with no... restrictions. There is no more face mask requirements currently. You can't use covid as an excuse anymore to be lazy. I leftand went 4 buildings down the road to the White Heron Tea & Cofee, ordered a tea and cookie, used the bathroom, and sat andworked on my laptop in a very nice environment. Read more
Just block off the freaking entrance when closed, which is more often than not so people don't pull up only to find cones at the... drive thru. Hours of operation must be 7-7:06am. Slick outfit. Read more
The place has taken a major dive. Half the time it says its open but it's not. The staff shuts off online ordering whenever they... feel like and puts cones in front of the drive through to deter customers even though they are supposed to be open. Change needsto happen or somthing but even the non licensed dunks across town is better Read more
I never understood why when one particular drive thru person was working I sat in line at this dunkin for 10-15 minutes each... time, while only a couple cars are in front of me. Until I decided to walk in. This one person does literally nothing, exceptmaybe mess up orders, stand in everyones way, and complain loudly peoples about orders while all the other employees run aroundlike lunatics to make up for his extreme lack of motivation or care. If you've been here, you'll know who I'm talking about. Iask that the owners to cut his pay by 98% to reflect his value and have an extra staff member working on days he happens to beon the schedule. Drive thru and online pickup orders only. I ordered a drink through the app and they closed early. It wasn't on the app. I went... back the next day and they had the order available to look up. I think ???? they gave me what I ordered, a large lemonade withstrawberry ???? bubbles. Different. It was refreshing on a hot ???? day. They apologized for the inconvenience. Read more
Order is never correct and the drive through is always slow. Even when only a few cars. Really wish there was a better option... close to me. Read more
