Thought we'd try it; my mom was in town, so my girlfriend and I took her here since we had never been, and were in the mood for... sushi. We started with tom yum soup, which is difficult to mess up, but they managed it. No fish sauce, spice, lemongrass ormushrooms to be seen. Worst I've ever had. We ordered a few of their house special rolls. The presentation of the maki wasvery nice and artistic, but the flavor was not very good or original, and the fish in one of the rolls tasted...off. We thoughtwe'd share a fried ice cream for dessert, which again, is almost impossible to ruin, but the dough around the ice cream wasundercooked, soft, and bland. We brought this up to an employee (she turned out to be the owner!), who lost. Her. Mind. Wethought she'd apologize for the undercooked dessert. Instead, she literally threw napkins, straw wrappers, and soy sauce dishes(that she had been picking up) down on the table towards us! We've never been to a restaurant where any employee, let alone amanager, would throw such a fit. Bleh food. Horrible owner. Read more
This is the worst Japanese food I had so far. I ordered the mango chicken and it tasted like chicken mixed with mango juice. ... for the teriyaki tofu, they served a plain tofu and a small dish of teriyaki sauce, never seen this before. Read more
This IS my NH SPOT!!! Been there twice and each time is OUTSTANDING!! The staff are friendly, Courteous and very professional.... The food...OH GOD....the food..was awesome!! The Sushi, soooo Fresh and even when we just asked the Chef to make what he wantedfor us..."a surprise"....it was AMAZING!! EVERY Taste hit my pallette and I loved it!! ????????? Read more
Delicious sushi at a great price! We've gotten takeout from here a number of times and it's always been great. The kitchen is... speedy, the rolls delish, and the fish fresh. The sashimi is also great quality. I will continue ordering from here! Read more
We were on a mission to find sushi to satisfy a craving and I'm glad we went to Domo. The food was very fresh tasting and the... presentation on the sashimi was beautiful. Was the perfect portions for lunch and the price was reasonable given that it isPortsmouth. Service was friendly but not the fastest, we weren't in a rush so it was not a problem. Literally everything is just normal. Nothing beyond or below that ranking. Food is fine but I'm a picky eater so who knows. The... staff are fine but they just do their job. It's okay. Eh. Read more
