I ad the adjust my rating after the last few months with their incompetence to do their jobs correctly, Order thru the app get... to the store and the items are sold to a customer that had just arrived, to them not using your points after you tell them touse your points and they repeat the statement back about using your points. How hard is it to do your job. Read more
I would not usually bother to review a Starbucks, as everyone knows exactly what to expect at one. That's why they're popular.... But this location in particular provided outstanding service every morning on a recent and very hard trip to the area. Despitealways having a line around the store and everyone being very obviously busy, they cheered me up every day. (In addition tomaking a reliably good cup of coffee.) Everytime I have gone to this Starbucks, I have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and kind. I don't feel rushed when... trying to order new drinks and evern when I went through drive through the other day for a mobile order, I wasn't asked to getdown like at other locations. Read more
Colleen was very rude when she took my order. She made me feel stupid for not knowing how to order correctly. I don?t come... often, so I was a little confused, but she made me not want to go back. The people making the drinks were very nice and mydrinks tasted great. Not a fan of colleen. Read more
