Whether I go early morning or afternoon they never get my order wrong, service is quick even if there's a long line. Love this... place, drive thru lady in the early morning is always friendly with a smile on her face, really makes my day to see someoneenjoying what they do. A couple of things; - Staff ignored customers coming in, ejectively driving them to use the ordering kiosk. - After placing your... order the kiosk ask for your table number if you are dining in, then you have to walk away from the kiosk to get a table numberfor your desired table and go back to the kiosk to pay for your order. Weird and inconvenient! But not the restaurant's fault,this is corporate ideocracy. - When order was ready the staff yell out your number for your table even though the kiosk statesyour order will be brought to your table. Expectations.... - I ordered sweet tea, was given an empty cup... they don't put teaout for the customers as it is only in the back. Since they ignore the front counter, it required me (with elevated voice) toget their attention vocally to get the tea I ordered. - The burger patties were pink... not normal for McDonalds. So they arerushing the cook times, they were not even that busy. - Dining are was a mess. Most of the tables were filthy. We were in therestaurant for about 45 mins and nobody bothered to clean up the dining area. Overall I was disappointed as people go to a placelike McDonalds to get a standard items that is prepared the same way at all of the McDonalds restaurants. They need to do betterat this one. Very very slow. I should not have to wait 30 minutes in line just to talk to someone just for them to tell me to wait another 10... minutes just to take my order. I have worked at McDonald?s at this time (night time) and was able to make orders and send itout in good time, clean and no complaints. Fix this issue. Read more
The girl taking my order was very nice. But it took 20 min to get my order ready. The dining area had 3 tables with diners trash... left, 1 had 2 ice cream cones melting all over table. The counter girl was busy helping with drive thrue & kept apologizing fordirty tables. I felt sorry for her so I went over & cleaned 2 of the tables since I was just standing & waiting. We went inside to see if they were taking orders inside and we're told it was only for app orders. They told us to go to drive... thru to order. We got in line and waited for about 20 minutes till we got to front to place our order. That's when they decideto update system or some s' 't . This is 3rd time we have tried to order only to be turned down for some reason. Won't go backany time soon. Orders were always prepared wrong or never failed that something was always missing. Hope it shuts down. I surewon't miss it. Drive to Corpus at this point is certainly worth it... Read more
Went through the drive-thru, they took my order when I drive up to the window they didn't have my order. The line was long... behind me, it minutes to receive my order as the car behind had already received their order. Then as I get home the fish patterwas hard as a rock both of them. They don't have to worry about me coming back again. I don't even eat McDonald's and this justproves to me why I don't eat there. Read more
Not only did I receive my order wrong, the manager told me I didn't place it right. I was pretty clear in what I said. 4a meal... large and a 4a just the sandwich. When I received my order, just the sandwich, she claimed I never told her the othe theother. You all have way to many staff wondering around like Zombies and nobody really paying attention. Read more
