Short staff, first time at Firehouse Subs, long waiting time, received soup in container that was spilled all on the outside of... container. Food was not what I was expecting. Poor Quality for the price. I asked for price of cookies, was told .79 cents,after I paid, I reviewed my receipt and was overcharged for cookies. Staff not able to keep up with customers. Out of stock onmany food items on menu. Poor service! I expected my sub to taste good, but was very disappointed, due to expensive prices. Notsure I will be back to Firehouse Subs! Higher up management needs to help out this location to improve all areas!! Read more

Firehouse has always had amazing food and this store is no different. They do a fantastic job with my sandwiches every time and... they are always so delicious. They werent messy or overcooked. The food was fresh and tasty. The hot subs are def a great foodat any time of day. The staff is also very helpful in deciding what I wanted. When I have eaten inside, the store has alwaysbeen clean and nice to eat in. It is def a good place to eat. Read more
I really enjoy this place. Only issue is with online orders. I've ordered online about 4 times. Each time my food was not... correct.. Silly enough I was kind of intimated to order inside but the employees were very kind. They will totally not judge youfor questions even if you feel intimidated I've had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Plus as a pickle addict I dofancy their pickles. Plus their tuna is way better than some other sandwich place that's pretty close lol. Also they do have atip jar if you're into being extra nice to ppl who handle your food. Read more
I order firehouse quite often and my sandwich has never been wrong, i don?t know what?s going on with staff today 6/9/22 but,... the attitudes, and nasty looks were through the roof. My sandwich was also wrong, gave me the wrong bread and there was no mayoon it either. it is the first bad experience i?ve had at the portland location so i will give them the benefit of the doubt, butstaff really needs to work on their customer service. There are no words to describe this sandwich! I have had my eye on this place for almost a year and I REGRET not trying them any... sooner!! My goodness from the polite gentleman on the phone to the first bite, ALL AROUND 100 STARS IF I COULD! I would not minddriving 30-45min. for this again! I am so full and have not even gotten half way with my sandwich! Once the nice gentleman saidI could add mushrooms, oh gosh it was likeT the heavens sung!! ???? Hadn't ate at a Firehouse in awhile. What a disappointment!!! Soup was cold, I ordered chips and didn't get them. Ordered... chopped pickle on my sandwich wasnt on there. The bun was so hard you could barely bite it. The tuna salad was good however. Read more
