Short staff, first time at Firehouse Subs, long waiting time, received soup in container that was spilled all on the outside of... container. Food was not what I was expecting. Poor Quality for the price. I asked for price of cookies, was told .79 cents,after I paid, I reviewed my receipt and was overcharged for cookies. Staff not able to keep up with customers. Out of stock onmany food items on menu. Poor service! I expected my sub to taste good, but was very disappointed, due to expensive prices. Notsure I will be back to Firehouse Subs! Firehouse has always had amazing food and this store is no different. They do a fantastic job with my sandwiches every time and... they are always so delicious. They werent messy or overcooked. The food was fresh and tasty. The hot subs are def a great foodat any time of day. The staff is also very helpful in deciding what I wanted. When I have eaten inside, the store has alwaysbeen clean and nice to eat in. It is def a good place to eat. Read more
