Well, where do I begin beyond 5 Stars!?!? Simply Magnificent! From the moment we entered until after we finished our meals....... STUPENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ????????????????. Congratulations Kayla, who was our Server btw, You deserve...A Big Bravo????????????! From Cocktail recommendations to helpful suggestions for dinner... you certainly added so much Pizaz to ourexperience!!!! Don't overlook this location for fabulous drinks, awesome atmosphere, good music and a delicious meal! Food was good. Price was excellent. But to the waitress that appeared upset that she was left a dollar tip....perhaps next time... if you bring us silverware, refill drinks, spend less time flirting with the construction workers, and at least acknowledge ourpresence more than just taking our order and asking if we MEANT to leave that small of a tip...pehaps you might get more nexttime. Great food for late at night meal. We were seated in the bar area. Service was great. The food came out quickly and our drinks... were never empty. It had been years since we had last been to a Chili?s. It is useful to join their rewards program for freesoda,tea, or lemonade and the free chips and salsa. It?s free to join! Worth it! Ugh where do I start, couldn't order on the app, so had to go inside to order take out, waited went in to ask about my food... about about 35 to 40 minutes in, it a little over an hour before i received my food, just to receive COLD FOOD. SMH. Orderedthe triple dipper they shorted me food as well .. I'd rather eat in. If you look at the picture you can tell it was sittingthere for a minute. The cheese looks really orange. Unbelievable. The absolute worse overall experience I have ever had. Waiter was the worse I have ever had. Friendly yes, but not... very good at all. Drinks and food was late. Blamed it on the kiosk system malfunctioning. But yet others in the restaurant werereceiving orders. Finally came to a point that I called the manager, and explained what was going on. My wife and I arrived and were seated quickly, there was no wait. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. I tried to order... the Old Timer but was told they were out of hamburger patties. I picked the Margarita Chicken with double rice and drankstrawberry lemonade. My wife ordered the 6 oz. Sirloin with asparagus and mashed potatoes and side salad. Our server came backand told us they were out of asparagus so my wife picked the corn on the cob. She was very pleased with the steak and mashedpotatoes. She gave me her corn on the cob because she was full. I ate it and it was delicious. My Margarita chicken was a littledry but had good spices.
