Expensive (to me at least) but well worth it. Food is absolutely delicious everytime I go. Hands down the best chicken in... town. Sadly I only get it as a treat for myself as I don't make much to eat there all the time. Employees are super nice andfriendly. Only bad thing is the customers. Read more
I?ve always been a big fan of Chick-fil-A, most of the locations are very well ran and professional. That?s not the case for... this one unfortunately. Just a bunch of kids working in the back and an older man working the front counter with no sense ofurgency. It just took 20 minutes to get my breakfast and they left out the hash browns, I had to basically yet at the old man toget his attention because he didn?t give me the receipt for my order and left out the sauce I requested. Not a big deal but thefact that it took dang near 20 min to get my order was crazy considering the drive through had 2 cars and the lobby had 3-4people in it. Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. No rhyme or reason to their process. Outside lane moving twice as fast although inside... lane cars were waiting twice as long. Every single time I come here it takes forever and they get it wrong. I will say the staff is great and friendly. They always... fix it. (If I came in) because half the time I?m in the drive thru on my way somewhere. We hold them to such a high standard soit?s super disappointing to have a slow drive thru, wrong orders, dried mac & cheese, drinks that are wrong and flat, things onyour burgers that aren?t supposed to be. I?ve never asked to be reimbursed for my orders and I?ve called and spoke with managersto let them know and I know times are hard right now it?s just frustrating when you?re on the go and something isn?t right but Ido have to say the staff is a great! We ordered Chick-n-Minis and Burrito for breakfast. Tasty breakfast! We ordered online and picked it up at the drive-thru... window. The only downside is having to wait on other vehicles needing to make new to-go orders when we are ready to pick up ourorder which is ready. Read more
This absolutely has to be the worst run, and least efficient Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to. I would rather drive 35... minutes to another location than count on consistently having my order incorrect, or soggy every single time I come to thislocation. Read more
