Used to be good but everything has gone downhill. I ordered the original crust and when delivered (extremely late at that) it... can be mistaken for a thin crust. The pizza is way over cooked and the crust is tough. The dessert is probably the only goodthing I received tonight. Read more
Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE!!!!! Manager had poor customer service skills, one guy scrubbing the floor of fallen food and then... sweeping in the kitchen area while pizza was being prepared, decides he would then use the same hands thats been on the floorand on the broom to clear the extra ingredients that had fallen on a catch tray from previous pizza that were made and reachesin the pile of cheese to salvage pepperoni and throw it back in the pepperoni pan. All without washing his hands. Managerconstantly using the backside of his hands to rub his nose and continues to handle food without using the hand sanitizer 2 feetin reach. Just a totally disgusting experience all together. Seen 2 young girls who actually make the pizzas and remarkably they were clean at their jobs . They washed their hands and 1 of them told the sweeping man to stop because the dust would get onthe pizza. Which lead him to the next phase of his unthoughtful approach obviously to place his hands on the food withoutwashing them. Pizza looked warped. Nothing like Papa John's I've ever seen before on television or at other locations. Just abad experience all together. This is just to inform the public but I am also calling corporate office tomorrow. Read more
I ordered pizza from this place for my family about a month ago and they took an exceptionally long time to deliver it to my... house. I understand they?re probably short staffed like most restaurants but as a way to make it up to me, the sent me a couponfor a free medium pizza in the mail. I tried to order it today on 9/2/21 and I entered the code online like It says to.Surprise?the code wouldn?t work. I tried to call in my order and tell them about my code and let them know the code says it?svalid from 9/2-9/22 and the employee said their manager said the code isn?t valid and there?s nothing they could do. Why send methis if you don?t want it to be used. I?ll never go to this place again. Their customer service is the worst around. Read more
We always order through their app which is easy to navigate. The order is always ready before the stated time. The staff are... friendly and we get good service here. Read more
This is a joke, I ordered a medium supreme pizza and this is what I got, a small in a medium box, along with a small pizza... without cheese that was supposed to be LIGHT SAUCE and clearly slathered in sauce. Considering I live just outside of thedelivery zone as well this is a huge inconvenience. I WILL be contacting the corporate office. Read more
Just curious, I might be mistaken by what 'our treat' or 'who gives you little extras at no extra charge' actually mean, because... every single time I order pizza from this location, I have to check the for any sauce (even if I pay for it) and if it'sdelivered, we never get them. The pizza is great but don't charge me for the extras that are supposed to be free and then notgive them to me. Read more
Worst experience. The online service said our pizza was done but when we got there we had to wait 15 minutes. The guy at the... register had some type of rap music playing on his phone with cursing. Then I see a girl come to the front and it looks like shehas a spit bottle in her back pocket. Out of the 5 or 6 employees they had, only 1 was working. Read more
