Updating my review from a year and half ago. Haven't had McDonald's in a hot minute. Went thru drive thru, they were quick to... take my order and very polite. When I paid I only waited 3 minutes in one of the spots for my order. Brought 2 Boo Buckets, 20piece nuggets, medium fries, and 2 mcdoubles with no onions and ketchup, extra mustard. The drive thru is the worst there is. You are almost guaranteed to have to lark somewhere and wait for your food. The problem... with this is they have not developed an accurate system of getting the right food to the right people. I've had workers walk upto my car and ask me what i ordered, then return with the wrong items. And this has happened in the mornings and evenings. Worst McDonald's ever! I've been a Portland-area resident most all my life & a McDonald's patron for as long as they've been in... Portland. Over the years the service has really declined & not only that, last week I ordered a cheeseburger & the cheese wasnot melted/warm at all, and hard around the edges as if it were setting out all day--and the bread was hard & stale! No carewhatsoever as to how they assemble the samdwich- toppings just thrown on in a pile. The fries have not been salty enough lately,either. Today as I waited in the drive thru, with only 3 cars in front of me- was about 10 minutes before I was able to pay-stopped at a stand-still forever- & its been reoccurring very often lately. Especially the afternoons & weekends- mornings notso bad. Anyway, as I got to the 2nd window- I was promptly given my bag of food, but told to go wait in stall B for 2 drinks!!Why couldn't she just hand me my drinks, as she has the drink machine right in front of her!? I begrudgingly pulled to stall Bfor exactly 7 minutes, still no drinks! I took my receipt & went inside for my drinks, as the food was cooling already- explained to the gentleman behind the counter how long I'd been waiting for my drinks & asked for 2 cups so I can get my owndrinks & he obliged. The shift leader, or manager, proceeded to have an attitude about me wanting to get my drinks & commentedloudly that she needs to know why & what I had then & that's ok, but she was very rude about it & " apologized " that I had toget my own drinks. There was no sincerety in her manner & that is why their service is undesirable- with leaders like that, howcan we expect any better?? They definitely need better management & more training on customer service-- unbelievable.. by theway- this occurred between 2-3pm today. Read more
For as long as McDonald's has been around, you'd think they'd've mastered the meal .. but they can only muster an average... rating. If all raters were completely honest, McDonald's would have a 2.5 rating. I visited McDonald's on the way home from theemergency room with my son. It was by his request. Read more
I tend to end up passing through here on Saturday mornings. Poorly managed drive through in my opinion. They are trying so hard... to keep people pushed through the line to make their times look good that is a disaster. They park people everywhere and thepoor kids bringing food out have no idea who gets what and wonder from car to car asking what people ordered. This happens everytime I use the drive through here. Haha this has to be a prank! There's 11 cars in "wait" mode and an employee walking to every single car asking "what did you... order". B.S. that's what this sign is covered in along with whatever you call this "service" you provide. Read more
I?ve been to this McDonald?s many times, usually because the vote of the party is to go there for lunch rather than another fast... food place. However, I still want to eat, so I order some cheeseburgers most of the time. This would be fine, if not for thefact that nearly every single time I go here my order is not at all how I requested it. They get my drink right, sometimes... Iask for no ice and they have still put ice in it. The fries are -usually- good, but it?s unpredictable. The customer service is trash, the food takes forever, no one even acknowledges that your here. The smell throughout the whole... place is awful and the bathrooms look like they?ve never been cleaned. No one here looks professional and everyone looksdisgusting. There?s no dress code, people wear whatever they wanna wear. The floors and am dirty everywhere and there?s trashleft out everywhere. Very disappointing. L McDonalds Read more
