Stopped for breakfast on our way to IN. Placed our orders and at that point noticed some issues behind the counter over a... previous order being wrong, along with a "who done it" atmosphere. Took our orders out of the sack to find something wasn'tright. I returned to the counter to bring it to the staff member's attention. I was told "That's what you ordered." I looked athim in a puzzled manner. He turned around and walked off leaving me standing there. There was no further attempt on eitherperson's part to fix the issue. I was so upset at how he responded I didn't eat and we left. This is a rare experience for uswith Hardee's, but I feel it was handled quite poorly. Read more
I Went in to Order. as I was Waiting to give my order. I saw a very hard working male Employee take out the very nasty inside... trash with HIS PLASTIC GLOVES ON. And CMES BACK IN WITH SAME GLOVES. Putting his gloves ands all over the buns before.STARTING TO MAKE MY SANDWICH WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE USED TO TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE. I GOT MY MONEY BACK. JUST SOME NASTY ???????? ???? Nice good hot breakfast with some freshly brewed coffee with nice friendly staff
