We were the only people there. The fries were very good and the roast beef ok.
Ordered the new hushpuppy breaded fish on the app. A 5 piece. Get to the restaurant and their shake machine is messed up. Can't... get my chocolate shake. No tartar sauce for my fish either. Then I get all the way home and they gave me a 3 piece. Read more
Took 15mins for someone to come up front and take our order. Everything that came out of the fryer war over cooked. Couldn't... eat fries, they were hard and taste burnt. Overall horrible Read more
What can I say about Arby's ..? Some revelation to share with others ..? I love the taste of the Arby's Roastbeef sandwich!... There's no getting around that. If you're in Portland, TN and you're looking for a tasty sandwich, I believe this is the bestchoice. Granted, Arby's IS an over-priced choice but they are quick to fill your order AND you'll probably appreciate the juicy,tasteful roastbeef. Read more

Food consistently great. However, everything else is hit or miss (cleanliness, friendliness, promptness, and suitable dining... temperature). UPDATE: Above still applies. Today because I had an app coupon to use, I choose to go inside for takeout. Ilearned Door Dash takes precedence over other orders. The manager told the drive-thru cashier to stop taking orders since alarge order was coming in! On the screen I could see 2 Door Dash orders (what appeared to be an avg size order & a small order).The inside cashier says to the manager, "Tell me when I can take their order". After a min or so she apologized to us for thewait and then proceed. I didn't mind the wait... but minded 'why' the wait. I'd hate to see them when they are busy; we were theonly ones inside. I've seen many other places with many more orders on their screens! I guess here they just stop taking orderssince they must be timed for filling orders. Upon leaving, naturally, the drive-thru line was backed up (5 cars waiting to getup to the point to give their order). There are other options in the area.... P.S. Simple request of a #5 (chicken, bacon, swiss) with no tomatoes and a dr pepper to drink. I waited five minutes at the speaker... to take my order, I then waited another ten to receive my order... with tomatoes. Glad my allergies have subsided over theyears... or this bite of tomatoe could've shut this Arby's down for good! Edit/update: 8/12/21... figured I'd stop in and giveArby's another go. Same order: #5 no tomatoes, dr pepper, and a slider.... well, they took the phrase "slider" literally Iguess, as it was disassemble inside my bag when I received it. (Also when did they start using plastic grocery bags?) No napkinsor the sauce requested. Sandwich of course, had tomatoes... also had to "pull around the front of the building" and wait 8-10minutes for my food. Last visit here for me fellas.
