I live about two blocks from the Yukon and I used to go there often. Then it got sold and the new ownership is awful. It used to... be one of the coolest, mellowest old-school dive bars in Portland. I won't be back while they still own it. Read more

a hidden gem! Solid spot, service was above average, and locals were friendly! Bartender on shift was helpful and rad even... though it was a Sunday. I like this spot. Cool people, good tunes. Read more

I?m giving the Yukon five stars for the irony of their reader board saying ? be excellent to one another? after a year of smugly... calling the unvaxxed scrubs. Read more

Although other dogs were at the bar, I walked in and was told immediately dogs are not allowed. There was literally a dog in the... bar next to the bartender when they said that. My dog is a 1.5 year-old husky puppy. Not a distraction, not hyper, was notcreating a scene. The bartender was just rude and a jerk. Read more

This is the perfect local watering hole. Dive bar atmosphere with quality drinks and bartenders. Excellent rotation on tap.... Limited menu, executed perfectly. Fried pickles are a must every time. Always a ridiculous movie on the bar tv, educational tosay the least. Read more

The Yukon Tavern is exactly as it is meant to be: a friendly neighborhood "dive" bar with a simple menu, tasty drinks, and a... comfortable vibe (Especially since the new owners took over). I appreciate the vaccination requirements and The crew is always ajoy to converse with. I love that they extended the outdoor seating. The chicken Tenders are my go to everytime, their fries areperfect, and they offer a local hotsauce that is out of this world. I love that this place is such a short walk from home forthose nights when I just don't wanna cook. Plus they are very sweet to my little dog and welcome his presence out on thepatio. I agree this isn't a destination bar, but if you're in the area and dig s laid back, unpretentious vibe, you're our kindof people and you'll probably dig our spot. Read more

Just your friendly neighborhood dive bar. Nice staff. Don't order anything fancy here. Keep it simple. Gin and tonic. Vodka... soda. That sort of thing. Beers and ciders are great. You know...standard dive bar stuff. Read more

Long-time local bar with a short food menu that's long on fresh flavors. Great selection of Northwest beers on tap, and a... super-chill feel. Read more
