So far, I\'d say this is some of the best/most legit tasting ramen we\'ve found in the... area and we will be back for more.\nVery tender meat and rich flavorful broth. I was less of a fan of the thin style noodles butthat\'s just MY preference.\nThe variety of both noodles and broth styles is perfect: not too many so you have a zillion choicesbut not too few so you\'re stuck with something you\'re not into. Portlands only proper Fukuoka style Tonkotsu ramen. Nice thins noodles and chashu were superb.
