One of the employees is clearly anti-asian. One was there for like 5 minutes. The lady was talking on the phone so I waited... patiently. After she got off the phone, she saw me but didn?t ask anything and walked inside the kitchen to talk to hercoworkers. after like 3 minutes a white guy walked in and she started to help him then me. Love this location! They are Clean, friendly and fast. I delivered from here several times over the last year. One time I was... picking up a large order and they had run out of rolls. They immediately informed me about it when I arrived, and offeredsubstitutions. I was able to contact the delivery customer to approve the substitutions quickly. They had it all ready and HOTin a couple minutes and I delivered to the customer with it still steaming. Made my job easy and the customer got the freshbirthday party order they deserve. Don't come here. The girl who took my order seemed really spacey, had to repeat my order slowly three times, and she still... messed it up. Chicken was undercooked, fries soggy. No trash receptacles, and no ice for my fountain drink. Flies swarminginside. Stay away, it's not worth your money. Read more
Usually order every other week and have no issues using the app. Showed up 5 mins after order was shown to be done and come to... find out it was not I had to wait an additional 23 mins on top of the 33 mins already past so 56 mins wait time total. Ordered 2- 15 boneless wings and LG fries and 6 rolls. I get one 30 boneless wings and what seems to be a medium size fries. For sure nothappy with this order. Read more
Honestly upset . I ordered a 20 piece bones less wing with fries and it?s been over an hour my order still isn?t ready I order... via online/the app . They had the nerves to ask if I wanted extra ranch . I put my order over an hour ago . Idk what the staffis doing but I?m definitely gonna request a refund .
