Changing from 5 stars to 1 stars. Not only was this place filthy tonight, the staff member repeatedly refused to make the drink... for my delivery customer. So I delivered an empty cup with an apology. Making drivers prepare drinks violates both County HealthCode and the Merchant Delivery Contract. If you order delivery from them beware, they are making drivers with unwashed handsprepare your drinks and handing them the sticker to make it look like they sealed it. Read more
Very bad service. Gave us the wrong order. Did not give us what we payed for. I ordered 30 wings and they only gave me half of... my order. I called on the phone and they said please hold & then hanged up on me. I would not even try to order here. Read more
(Bill Snyder google review) You cannot count. 3 or 4 max restaurant employees ever at anytime have I or my family seen in that... small Eastport location. Not 8!?You are absurd. The usual 3 evening employees are extremely polite and always working hard. Idon't think you could safely fit more than 4 people behind that counter. Still my order is always correct, delicious with plumpjuicy wings. Deep fried corn and the house ranch is so much yum. I can't wait till our next Wingstop adventure. Thank youWingstop! The Mgr. Mark? Absolutely accommodating and has a great sense of humor. Augy is my favorite cashier. The food is very tasty.... I've tried every sauce. Perfect for a night home w/a movie or a party. Not a fast food restaurant. A good food restaurant. Iwill say these 1 star reviews remind me of the entitled rude Karen's that come in screaming over nothing. Trying to ruineveryone's dining pleasure. In the 50+ orders I've purchased. Never once was my order wrong or did any employee treat me badly.The customer service is a 10. If it's busy? They put everything in a Togo box. Not supposed to be that way. I went and ordered food for my sister and girlfriend. It took... them 45 mins, they were 8 people in the back. Most of them looked to be nodding off. Disgusting, gave me the wrong food. Didntcall my name when food was ready. Just a bunch of wanna be gangsters working at wingstop, kinda funny. Better than expected, but seriously watch out for which flavors you get. They add a ton of sugar to everything and it makes it... just gross, even the fries. If you get fries ask for no seasoning and add your own salt, the fries themselves are great beforethey are ruined with the sugary seasoning. For wings stick with normal buffalo type flavors, anything that sounds like it mighthave sugar - avoid, they go WAY overboard with it. This place should be called Sugar Stop. Not related to the crazy sugarcontent but also avoid the parmesan garlic wings (they were flavorless.) Read more
