We came here for lunch. We ordered a special order burger in a large size meal and they got it right. When we got to the window... we realized that they had only rung up a medium. When we noticed it and told them they made it a large and refused to charge usthe difference. I love integrity! The drive-thru moved efficiently with about a 4 minute wait. The staff was friendly andefficient. The parking lot was clean and picked up. We feel like we can recommend this place, they have integrity. Read more

Hello, and a great day to everyone, and especially those blue collar ???? folks working through the Labor Day weekend! I stooped... by the 122nd Wendy's early Saturday morning, and the service was simply amazing. Shannon was the associate that helped me withmy order. She was very sweet, and sparked up a labor day conversation during a slow morning. It's always appreciated to chatwith one another in these unfortunate times, where the fast food industry is often under attack. Shannon just took the timewhile she worked to keep the conversation flowing. My order had me have to pull around front, where of course, I landed in thewrong area (my fault-lol). Concerned, Shannon and the store Manager, Eric, went searching for me. Once they found me, they werelike "we thought you left." Folks this is customer service at its finest! Shannon and Eric (spelling), are/is the driving forcetowards bringing customers like me back to their establishment! Bravo team! Looking forward to seeing you soon... I reached outto corporate, and left a message, due to being closed (go figure). Seems like prices are really going up, but the food is always very good. The employees always seem genuinely happy and appear... to like their job. Company wide, Wendy's usually has one of the slower drive thru's, but this particular location is alwaysquicker than I expect. Read more
