The pizza is expensive. I ordered a 14? pizza with added chicken for a total of $24 without tip (over $27 with tip). The added... grilled chicken was an extra $4, but they really skimped on the amount of chicken you get. I got about two small chunks ofchicken per slice. I ordered the modern Margherita pizza, which tastes fine, but it?s a bit dry. The basil pesto sauce isdrizzled on top instead of underneath the cheese, which isn?t enough, in my opinion. Went to get a pizza and salad. Took order, 10 min later sitting waiting, they don't have ingredients for pizza I ordered. So I... switch pizza to another, 10 min later we don't have the ingredients for any of the salads you ordered. Why not just put closedon the door if you don't have anything in stock??? Waste of time, got a refund. Which they also didn't know how to process. 10min later and waste of lunch break i went somewhere else. Read more
The folks here are fantastic and have always been super helpful and friendly. The pizzas are fantastic (the variety is has been... something to work all the way through). The selection of beers are top notch. Great addition to the local scene. Read more

I was visiting the area and (using Googles "helpful" links) thought I called this restaurant to place a pick-up order. ... Unfortunately It turned out to be their Pearl location (which isn't nearby). This restaurant was very gracious and made my order anyway and didn't charge me since the other restaurant took my payment over the phone. I wish I'd gotten peoples namesbut the whole team was so great and understanding. After all that....the pizza and pilzner was great too! Read more
Love this place! So glad Von Ebert moved to the neighborhood and partnered with By Design Pizza. The food is great and the... beers are awesome. Super excited to win free pizza for a year! Will be stopping by here often for the rest of their food andspecials as well. Read more
Puddles of grease in the pepperoni. Pretty basic and thin pizza, not great, just ok. Had Von Ebert's stout which was pretty bad.... The kind of gross that just makes you not want beer for the rest of the day, and that's really saying something for me. Read more
