Honestly some of the most flavorful food I've had in a while. I got the chicharon sandwich, spicy. Everything was so balanced in... flavor and texture. The sweet potato was a great touch. And not only is the food here amazing, but it's owned by some of thesweetest ladies I've ever met. They really put their heart and soul into every dish. Thank you so much for bringing the amazingflavors of Peru to Oregon! Everyone should come and taste for yourselves! ???????????? Read more

I?d been looking to for a good Peruvian place for a while now when a friend of mine mentioned Tita?s Kitchen. I?ve had the lomo,... the chicharrón, and the salchipapas, and that last one is what cinched it for me. It brought back memories of growing up inPeru. Definitely a place to recommend for anyone who wants a slice of Peruvian cuisine Read more

Excellent oyster and hot sauce. The bread was also great. The sandwich overall was good, however, a bit underwhelming. It could... have used more of everything, especially for the price. The meat was also a bit dry and the fries were mushy. Read more

I tried the Chicharron "The Sarita Memories" (pictured) on my first visit, which features mild, slow-cooked pork that was very... tender, and paired very well with the fried sweet potato to produce what I would bizarrely call a "nostalgic" flavor profile -it reminded me of the comfort foods of family meals in Autumn, but the medium-spicy rocoto sauce and criolla sauce (red onionsand cilantro) definitely added a fair amount of (lingering) heat. I returned, to sample the Pollo a la Brasa "Grandma'sFavorite" (also pictured), which features lightly fried chicken, in a beer marinade, criolla sauce, lettuce, and tomato. Thistime, I chose the yellow pepper sauce, which is very mild. I think "Grandma's Favorite" would also be my mother's favorite. Ilike moderately spicy food, so I generally prefer the rocoto, of the two sauces, but I do want to try the Chicharron, again, with the yellow pepper sauce, as I think it would complement the pork, particularly well. Also, the side dish of fried sweetplantains were very good - lightly chewy, lightly sweet, lightly sticky, and a good source of fairly healthy energy. On bothvisits, the service was very friendly, fast and accommodating. This is a family-owned business, a woman-owned business, andfeatures authentic, traditional Peruvian recipes.
