I love this place. The tamales are delicious and the food always smacks. The only thing is that they don?t do substitutions on... fixed menu items, so vegans and vegetarians don?t have too many options. They have some specials, but if you add a substitutionit?s about double the price. Read more

Absolutely the best Mexican food in Portland. I love their tacos but lately I've been ordering the burritos. I've loved... everything I've had from here. Plus the grocery store in front has some great finds too! Read more

I have been here about three times , located in the back of the store. The El Pastor burrito is very good and not too wet. It's... also HUGE a gut buster , well worth the visit for the food. Old place nothing special has the old orange seats. Read more

I wasn?t too impressed with the taqueria - their refried beans were cold, rice was bland, and the shrimp was chewy. Overall, it... was a very bad meal. I love supporting local mom & pop shops but I?ve had better experiences with taco trucks at a moreaffordable price. On the other hand - great customer service from the store-end, and their tamales were to die for?sodelicious. Would come back for the tamales. ???? ???? Read more

Pork burritos are literally a pile of pure grease. 100% unedible. They say that's how it is. Been eating pork burritos half my... life and I disagree. Had to use 15 napkins as it dripped all over the table and clothes. Definitely don't eat one while in thecar. Read more

Hands down one of my favorite places to get some great Mexican food. The street tacos are amazing, along with their burritos.... The little grocery store at the front is a really good place to pick up some good ingredients for cooking at home. I wouldhighly recommend this place. Read more
