Short wait for the quality. Potatoes are perfectly fried, crispy, fluffy, dreamy little things. The classic Benny is a touch... spicy from a perfectly balanced and flavorful hollandaise. We also got the Espanola which was just right, props for theperfectly ripe avocado. Read more

Used to come here with my Mom when it was Wild Abandon. My sister came to town for the night so we came to The Mont to celebrate... what would've been our mom's 82nd birthday which was 9/22. She's been gone almost 6 months now, r.i.p. We arrived shortly aftertheir 9 a.m. opening which was perfect because we beat the crowds. Our meals were delish, I will definitely be back. The entirestaff was as sunny as this gorgeous Fall morning, highly recommend you come here. Read more

We waited around 40 minutes for our party of 6 to be seated on a Saturday morning. The food was solid and our server (never... introduced herself but receipt said Mary) was super hard-working as it appeared to be that she was tackling the entirerestaurant (atleast inside) with the bartender. Watching her bounce from table-to-table, still keeping up with the waitlist andgreeting new guests, delivering most of the food and maintaining composure was truly impressive. The food itself was solid, butsince the server was so busy, she never checked on us after our food was delivered and we waited an additional 15-20 minuteswith our cards waiting on the table to check-out. We finally had to stand-up by our table and wave her down when she walked inour direction just to leave. Great place, just seemed understaff that day. Read more

This very small space with an unassuming home decor just might be the hidden best breakfast spot in Portland! We got the... breakfast burrito, chimmichurri scramble, and French toast, and they all rank #1 in best places to do them in the entire city.I've been here for 3+ years and every restaurant is fusion with a range of loosely grasped cooking principles, but this placeknows how to egg, how to crispy potato, how to French toast, and all the details in between. Masterclass in attention to tasteand flavor! No points off for plating like a Diner because who cares when you've got the crispiest potatoes in town. Service wasvery attentive and warm, and the wait wasn't long for a seat or for the food. Will be back, often. Read more

Great breakfast! Everything taste fresh and made to order. Home style potatoes, yum. Perfect customer service. There is... outdoor seating in the back. You have to go about 5 stairs up to get to the tables. Read more

Ya know, it was fine. $4 coffee? Food came out quick. I can't say it's bad. It just seemed... OK.
