They went up again. $8.75 for a frozen hot chocolate which I am willing to pay, but they don?t fill it all the way up & the... amount of whip cream was ridiculous. Barely any on there. Why order the large when u don?t fill it up. Especially at thoseprices. This used to be consistently great and now it's more consistently gross. I've had too many expensive drinks that were not... enjoyable and every time I give it a shot, it's just that a shot in the dark if I get a good drink. Actually I would take goodover gross. My only reason for the 2 stars is that most of the baristas are very friendly but that still doesn't make me wantto drink it. Read more
I don't know why I even bother coming here but it is my son's favorite place until now when they put whip cream of his drink... after I asked then not to because he won't drink it if their is any on it, when I told them they took the whip cream off and hestill wouldn't drink it because their was still some left and his cup wasn't full so I asked for a different one that he woulddrink and was charged for another one I also ordered a java chip blended drink with coffee (can't remember the exact name)without whip cream and it was DISGUSTING it had zero flavor, no chocolate sauce like their was in the picture and tasted likechocolate water, I could've made a better one at one or paid more for one with flavor at Starbucks that is just as nasty but atleast their drinks have flavor.
