I have been going to The Dog House for years, and continue to for the best breakfast burritos in Portland. But don't get me... wrong, absolutely anything you order from here is guaranteed fantastic. Some burger combinations are insanely creative leavingyou craving more. The truffle aloi and the kicker sauce is truly where it's at. Even something as basic as a hotdog stands outat this incredible cart. They have vegetarian and vegan options on request, and some super tasty milkshakes as well. Read more
Great selection and friendly staff! Got my breakfast burrito quick today and it was delicious- highly recommend the incognito... and love that they have mushrooms!! Being a vegetarian who can?t eat soy products is tricky but this menu is pretty extensive.Wish they had the beyond burger instead of impossible but you can?t always win. Will go here again for sure! A delightful place to get satisfying comfort food to-go. Service was pleasant, efficient, and properly masked for pandemic... preparation and plating. I was craving a burger during a long absence from visiting carts, and the Doghouse came through withthe Momentary Indiscretion - pleasantly messy with grilled mushrooms and onions, plus asiago cheese. My friend thoroughlyenjoyed the Unexpected Perfection burger - bacon, bleu cheese, and grilled onions. He opted for a serving of bbq sauce insteadof ketchup, and was very happy with that choice. I chose tater tots as my side, and it made a perfect accompaniment to my firstburger in quarantine times.... Update - I've been back a couple of times within the past 3 months, this time trying their hotdog offerings - it's now a harder choice to decide what I'll have, as the dogs are excellent. The mustard that they put on theclassic dog is slightly spicier than my preference, but it will be an easy adjustment to ask for slightly less on future visits. Read more

I had the Chicago dog it was super good reminded me of being at Portillos! And my husband had the Avacado egg burger. The yoke... was gooey, avacado he said was the best and why can't I get them to taste like that lol! We definitely will be back to drydifferent items Read more
