The hotel is great. Location is walking distance to Moda. Girls weekend trip to Portland. This is the 3rd time I have stayed... here. Check in and check out was a breeze. Friendly staff. Clean and pretty quiet for being street side. *I do not recommendthe BLVD Kitchen & Bar located inside. Maybe the worst service I have ever experienced. "Bartendar" was the rudest and slowest(40 min for 4 drinks) bartendar, and he simply didn't care to be bothered. There are too many great places within walkingdistance to waste your money here. Seriously! Read more

I've stayed here twice in the last month and have been loving it. This is the Marriott I always stay at when I decide to do a... little staycation in Portland. The location is central to many eateries, along with the convention center and Moda center! Thestaff is awesome, too! Brianna at the front desk is always very sweet, along with the front desk supervisor (David?) who isincredibly accommodating. Matthew, the graveyard shifter, deals with my late night snack needs so shout out to him lol. This isa fantastic place to stay and is always clean, the customer service is amazing! Read more

DO NOT USE THE VALET! We used this hotels parking for a basketball game, since there weren't any stadium spots left. If I had... known it was valet, I never would have booked it. And this is why I don't like anyone driving my car (see pictures). Both valetsstarted blaming each other, then both swore it wasn't them. My car was perfectly fine when I left it with them!! Liars andirresponsible drivers! You both need to be fired! Read more

Excellent stay! Super clean. Service excellent. Only down side is that I had to pay over $60.00 a night for on site parking. I... wS with an elderly woman with mobility issues so had no choice. Fireplace patio is awesome! Read more

Nice hôtel in a quiet area. Updated rooms with walk-in showers. Comfortable couch in King sized rooms. Nice large TV. No... microwave but not a deal breaker. Restaurant buffet breakfast with cook to order eggs / omelettes, waffles, lots of fresh fruit. Will certainly stay here again. Read more

King suite was laid out oddly. The bathroom is off the main bedroom so you have to go through the bedroom if you're sleeping on... the sofa-bed (could be awkward). Our particular room has a few maintenance issues that we worked around by our choice, but I didlet the desk know and they were super interested in getting things fixed. One suggestion would be for there to be a shelf orsmall table in room with the toilet and shower to give a place to put things down that isn't the floor. Staff was verycourteous and efficient. Valet parking was helpful, efficient and happy to o see us every time. Breakfast service was a prefixe buffet with made to order omelets and waffles. Generally what you would expect from this brand in a downtown setting. Read more

Comfortable room and great staff. Walking distance to the convention center and several fast food restaurants. The on-site... bar/restaurant is good but has a pretty limited menu and is not open on Sunday evenings. Read more

The room was great, served my needs and was close by the MAX, so there was easy transit. Bed was comfortable, and temperature... was easy to control. The only issue I had was on the night of the 17th, the fire alarms kept going off through the night whichcaused me to miss out on some necessary ZZZ's. Service was amenable and helped remedy the situation, so that was a plus. Onlydownside is that parking is expensive, and I personally wouldn't trust street parking overnight in the area. Read more
