I like Taco Bell. This one is horrible. Ordering food inside takes ten minutes, which really isn't an issue until you stop and... watch the whole machine (crew included) struggle to work, because the kiosk is your only option, which is ostensibly for lowerface contact, but you can't get a receipt if you happen to be someone that has to track expenses, so you'll end up having faceto face anyway. There isn't a single employee in the building that can wear a mask correctly, and they constantly miss items onthe orders despite having every possible display available to show what is on the order. Post note: I don't blame the employeeshere, it's just a bad workflow that results in everyone being exhausted by the experience Read more

This is my favorite Taco Bell in the world. The managers are all over the quality, timing and making sure you are Happy... ????! This is the only Taco Bell I go to in #PDX. Every time over the past 15 years it's been outstanding. One guy inparticular is still there and I bet your bottom dollar he's the reason it's notches above the other Taco Bell's. I prefer to goin and done, the people are friendly. Drive thru is so impersonal. But their drive thru gets you through super quick. The onlyother Taco Bell I will go to is in Milwaukie Marketplace. Seriously - I drive to either location just for Taco Bell - gottahave the Bell when craving. But the Milwaukie location doesn't offer in house dining, only drive thru - also gets you throughquick. But Burnside Taco Bell is the best in the region - #1 for all things. Taco Bell is the ONLY fast food I will frequent. You won't catch me at any of the other chains. Especially for late night Munchies! Read more

To my disappointment the food I ordered was nearly half the size compared to all the taco bell places I been at. Not sure if... it's normal, but it feels like a scam. Read more

I hope it’s open tonight! Because I had the BEST TBELL TACOS one night from here! They were extremely fresh soft shell tacos... … tortillas were soft but had a slight crispy! The meat/cheese/lettuce was just falling out! Unlike the stingy TBell inTualatin … If it wasn’t for the distinct taste, I would of thought it was homemade! Was too messy to eat in the car sincethey were so overloaded! ???????????? to the Tbell gods that the drive thru is open tonight! EDIT- THEY WERE OPEN !!! Andamazing!! Read more

There was no cashier on duty (and apparently no one else is able to take orders?), and the digital kiosks do not accept cash. So... myself and the other person in line simply were not able to order for over 15 minutes. This is illegal in the state of Oregon. Read more

A few days ago, at about 9:30 PM, I drove to this Taco Bell. When I pulled up to the menu, the Taco Bell guy says thru the... microphone in a very callous voice: “Did you read the SIGN”? Confused I replied that I didn’t understand. The guy repliesagain in a callous tone that they are only accepting cash and there was a sign posted somewhere. I replied that I had cash andordered. When I got to the service window, a black , 20 something tattooed covered guy was glaring at me… I proceeded to handhim a twenty dollar bill. He looked at me again and then held the bill up in the air and looked at it for about 50 seconds andkept looking back at me. After a few minutes I was handed my change which also included a couple dollars in Pennie’s anddimes for some reason. When I opened my food I found the tacos had almost no meat or lettuce, and about an inch and a half ofthe taco shell showed as if to say, screw you customer. This is how some of the fast food servers will treat you if you go herelate at night. Read more

This is by far the absolute worst Taco Bell location I've been to in the state of Oregon. And that is saying something because... I've been to a lot. I live a 5-minute walk away from this Taco Bell. I come here pretty frequently and every single time I comehere the drive-thru is closed whenever they feel like closing it. They refuse to take people's orders, and will reopen when theyfeel like they want to. They're always extremely rude, never friendly and never often a reason why for their closing. I havebeen coming to this Taco Bell for years. I grew up here in Portland, and the crew that now runs this Taco Bell in the evening isa complete disgrace. I don't even know how this Taco Bell has maintained more than two stars. Honestly they're probably payingoff Google or having extra reviews put on. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Taco Bell than this one. The one on cedarhills is always excellent and always has kind happy staff. Read more

Yea I'm over it, the rice in everything I order was under cooked, my "burrito" was almost entirely that uncooked rice with no... meat. But it was basically a tortilla roll up because it was that small. This is not the first time it's happened. Taco Bell ischeap already but I still feel like I waste my money there. P.S. they also didn't even give me almost half my order, likeseriously? Read more
