I ordered on the app and when my husband went to get it they said they didn't have it. They were rude to him and very un... professional. I called them as I was looking at my order that said it was ready.I had the right address and an order # which shesaid she couldn't pull up and she had no trace of my order. Honestly all the things about something like a taco bell isn't at all to do with the employees. It has to do with how corporate... treats them. This is not the best taco bell. But definitely the staff is super friendly. No breakfast and unreliable hours. Andto be fair unreliable food. But again I know if I wasn't lazy and went back for a fix they would be very amiable. I ordered my family dinner through doordash. When we got our food, we were missing nacho fries, and the crunchwraps supreme was... completely mush, and the 3 quesadillas were hard and missing cheese on half of each one. There were two chicken quesadillas, andone cheese quesadilla. Doordash would not do anything to help. We are really upset with how we were treated, and how our foodwas made. I don't know how that passed quality check and everything was cold. How can they justify charging as much as they do,and giving people food that they can't eat. I don't have a car, I can't just drive over there and get it replaced. Doordashwould not replace our food or refund our money. I plan on filing a complaint against doordash. It's so disappointing. Can't tell if they are open or not for pick up orders. Can't tell if they are open at all. I see people at the window so I head... back to the drive through and see a sign saying lack of staff hours are 10-10. So why are the doors locked still? I just want toorder and go without getting ran over. Serious safety concern, wish they would open lobby for to go orders for peace of mind. Read more
You don?t get what you order here when you do the drive through. Plus they try to tell you they don?t have the menu items that... are listed for online order pickup. We didn?t check our order tonight because we were the only car in the drive through, so wefigured hey wouldn?t be in a rush and would focus on making the correct order. False. Ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and gotcinnamon crisps. Ordered a black bean chalupa and got chicken. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and got meat inside. Take thetime to open and unwrap everything and look inside or else your meat-free partner will still be hangry. Read more
We were disappointed in this visit. The tacos were obviously pre-made and under the warmer. The hard taco shells were soggy and... the lettuce was wilted. We purchased the taco burrito box. The staff was friendly and efficient. The parking lot was cleanand picked up. If it hadn't been for soggy food, this would have been a 5 star review. Read more
Stopped in for a late night bite. Long wait in the drive thru. Found out when we got to the window that the staff was new and... learning... Food was good. Hopefully you'll get staffed so the wait isn't so long... Read more
Went there and they were obviously busy. Line was moving very, very slow. As hungry and impatient I was getting I kept my cool-... and you know what?So did they! I was pleasantly surprised how they kept their cool with how busy they were? they explained whythe wait was so long, gave me a free drink for the wait, but also had my order prompt and ready for me (in-app order) and theorder was perfect.
