The person who was working there last night, did not wear gloves at all while making my sandwich, did not wash his hands after... cleaning the floors and tables. I am now sick with food poisoning from that one place. Read more

The worst subway i have ever visited. I needed a wifi connection to go online and get a discount from the app and the worker... would not let me have the Wi-Fi password until I purchase something. Sucks because I wasn't able to afford to eat with my friendbecause of that. It's the only Subway I've ever been to that will not give you a cup of water. They don't give water cups. Andthe restroom that you also needed the code to use after purchase of course was the most foul and disgusting restroom I'veprobably ever seen. The worker was rude, the atmosphere was unkept and unclean, and to top it off my friends sandwich didn'teven look at appetizing. There's plenty of other subways in town that you can eat at just don't go here. Oh maybe one good thingis it's open 24 hours but who wants to eat there anyways so that plus becomes obsolete. This place is wonderful to go to. The afternoon staff are ever helpful with customers of all types. Clean and we'll maintained.

So I made my order around 12:20-12:30am on a Monday, went to the place to pick up to see the only worker there taking a smoke... break outside didn't even flinch when I came in. After walking in the store to see no one was watching the inside and the storeappears empty/ vacant so I went outside to where the dude I usually see working there informed him I didn't want to order andonly had a pick up that was ready to go. Mind you I'm a security for downtown and I don't get meal breaks in my shift as I amthe only one on shift. So me going 5-10 mins out of my way to the closet place that's open around this time I'm already puttingmyself in a horrible situation and I'm not in the mood to be treated like some dirt. Literally as I walked away with my meal Ialready pre paid for and got myself cuz the cashier wanted me to wait after he smoked his cigarette. Literally threatened me asI was walking away doing his job for him. Caught him saying "you better not come back here again" is this how stores train theirovernight shift? This how subway train people? How can you be caught not doing your job then get mad and threaten customers???Makes no sense I definitely wouldn't go back here again if I felt unsafe because of the employees working here. The staff here was really polite even the kid that clearly was just starting who was very nervous but still did his job well... very polite very attentive and the other guy was very patient with him and training even when there was A-line of people behindus they made the mistake however feeding my dog a piece chicken after they ask of course and we didn't mention how bad of abeggar she was our poor dog Southern be an entire end the rest of the time but that's not their fault we allowed her to give itto him I guess lol Read more

The girl who made my sandwich was friendly, very knowledgable about menu items, made sandwiches very quickly, got line down... fast, and it was one of the best Subway sandwiches I've ever had. Bathroom was ????????. I will be back! Read more

Food? absolutely Great. Able to eat Subway at 3am? Thank you also DoorDash. Biggest problem is communication. I called last... night (and this morning to see if I had the right number) and after about calling 20 times I realized they?re not in thebusiness of answering the phone. This would be fine if DoorDash allowed for slight modifications. But it does not. And I spentan hour contacting two separate companies for a side of black olives. Maybe I have high standards, but that?s a hell of aproblem I feel should be addressed, thus one star. If subway doesn?t read anything but this: PUT ACCURATE PHONE NUMBERS ONGOOGLE AND TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO PICK UP OR DONT HAVE CALLING AS AN OPTION!! Duh. :) <3 Read more
