A tiny, simple albeit spartan Subway location. Not a comfortable location, perhaps best for take out?
I was helped by a young man on Friday 2/25. I told him to write his name on the receipt and would mention it in my review. Well,... I threw it away and now I don't have it. Anyway, this young man did a great job with a great attitude. People always talk aboutbad experience, but I write reviews on positive experience. I consider this my neighborhood Subway. I called in my order (vs placing the order online and paying a surcharge like last... time). I would've given 5 Stars if they hadn't forgotten cheese on 2 of 3 sandwiches. I hate to sound petty but my 12 y.o.daughter was bummed out (I did offer her Tillamook Cheese from our fridge but it wasn't the same for her). Other than this onetime I've had nothing but good food and good service in the last five years I've lived in that neighborhood. Read more
Not great. We went in order a sandwich and my little girl tells me she needs to use the restroom. I understand that their... restrooms are closed to the public but little kids can't hold it when they have to go. I asked to use the restroom and was toldno. I asked if they could make an exception because my little girl really had to go and the lady behind the counter got mad.She did let my little girl use the bathroom though, so she didn't have an accident, so I appreciate that. After using therestroom we got in line to place the sandwich order. I was hoping she would be less angry by then. She was very impatient withme while I was placing the sandwich order though. I felt I couldn't order fast enough. I was trying to be quick and order aneasy sandwich but I could tell she was still mad at us. I understand the frustration initially but not afterward while we wereordering. She did make a good sandwich for my little girl though so the food here seems good. Read more
