I was in there and there were two employees who can?t even help the customers that were coming in I was the last person they... helped when there was a line going out the door they decided to close?? This Subway is closed 2-3-4 times a week due to an ongoing staffing issue. It?s disappointing when you struggle for time to get... lunch, fight traffic to get a quick sandwich, get to the place just to see a note on the door from the previous day that theyclosed early, and nothing that would explain why they are closed today. I love waiting 40 minutes for a sandwich, especially when 1 out of 2 of the employees (shift leader as it seems she was training... the other) on the line decide to make their own sandwich in front of waiting customers and walk in the back. I will never visitthis location again Read more
The lady who helped me with my order was delightful. I also think that salads are less expensive at this location compared to... Murray and TV Hwy. The portions on the salads are perfect. I'm actually full when I have one! Read more
When I went in around 5:00 I was the only customer in the restaurant. The lady behind the counter was making a single sandwich... very, v e r y slowly. Her co-worker left to take a break. I waited what felt like an eternity for her to finish, she thanked mefor my patience and started to work on my order. As my sandwich was toasting the phone rang. She answered, took the sandwich outof the oven, and gave me the "one minute" finger. She was on the phone for 4-5 minutes, with my half-finished sandwich sittingon the counter, when her co-worker returned from break. I had been there almost 20 minutes by that time. The co-worker stated tothe customer behind me that her break was not over but she was going to help me because I had been waiting so long. The othercustomer would have to wait for the lady on the phone to finish. She was still on the phone when I left the restaurant. Severalminutes later as I was eating in my car the other customer walked out without food. I'm assuming she left because she was stillwaiting to be served. I was thanked for my patience (because I had already waited an unnecessary amount of time) and then I wasmade to wait again while someone who called in while my sandwich was in progress was helped. I love subway I usually come to this location for lunch. Today I had my sandwich made by Solek he was nice but he made my... sandwich very poorly. I ask for green peppers he put 3 small pieces of peppers because there were no more left on the containerInstead of grabbing more that was all I got . I also ask for letters he put a few pieces. This place is usually not crowded, and great for a quick lunch. The employees are outgoing, and I've had a good experience... whenever stopping by. Although this spot isn't perfect, I get the same experience as any other Subway Read more
Well, I gave the location five stars because the staff was friendly and made my sandwich to order in under 2 minutes. So I... don't want to downgrade the experience based on the quality of the restaurant or the nice people working there. However, Idecided to try the "Hero" 1 carb bread on an Outlaw sandwich (steak, peppers and onions with a spicy sauce), which they uncharge$0.75 for the bread. While the ingredients were tasty, I must say the bread was completely flavorless. It had the texture ofbread, but if I ate it by itself, closed my eyes and was asked to describe the taste, I couldn't tell you if I was eating breador a sponge (not that I've ever eaten a sponge) There was no taste to it at all, and unfortunately, made the sandwichexperience underwhelming.
