This subway location on West Union makes the best quality subway sandwiches. They should give all their employees a bonus.
I have bought Subway sandwiches many times. I like the ingredients available. I have a physical condition that I cant stand too... long. I went into the store when there was one only one customer in front of me. There was a manager and two people in thestore. While I waited they made 6 sandwiches before me (4 for people not in the store). I asked how long it would take to get mysandwich, the manager got snippy with me. I dont have time for this. I give the workers the benefit of the doubt but to consistently have all my online orders 10-20 minutes late is very... frustrating. I was waiting in the store today to have 3 customer walk-ins be completed before mine 20 minutes after mine wasdue. Management needs to have a better strategy with addressing online orders and walk-ins or hire more workers to pick up theslack. Read more
I used to go here pretty regularly on my lunch break and they used to be pretty good about everything. Now it's always super... slow and there always seems to be a long line that they're trying to speed through. I really don't appreciate getting a lightsandwich when I still pay full price just because they're busy and trying to save time by not going to the back to get freshfoods. Really nice people but seem to have no common sense. Won't be going back. Read more
Clean, efficient and get the special request right the first time. This location is or favorite subway. It has changed... ownership many times over the years, when anyplace does its rocky at first. But the location cares and soon its always been oneof the best in the area. My wife and I go there about 3 times a month, since they opened. Having the sandwich againtonight! I eat at this subway twice a week since it's down the road from PCC. The food has always been fine, but some staff are much... snappier than others. I've seen a lot of complaints about the staff, and many of them are completely warranted, and I know thestaff they are talking about. It is quite annoying when some of the staff is so much slower than others. But, then again, it'ssubway, not a fancy restaurant. Read more
This is the second time I have been to this Subway. The first time was about 3 years ago and I got super bad food poisoning. The... second was today. I hadn't eaten breakfast and have some dietary restrictions, so I decided to give this subway another shot,since it had been a few years and probably a few employee turnovers. I came here this morning to get a salad, not only was theservice awful, but the salad was a disaster! The girl was curt and unpleasant, she obviously did not want to be there. When sheprepared the salad she mashed it into inedible MUSH with the slicer. The chicken was "heated" to lukewarm and in 3 big, mashed,pieces. It was terrible. I will not be returning here. Read more
This cool overworked manager has been making my sandwich lately. He's making this place so much better. Also huge thanks to... Nick & Jay! You two are incredible at what you do. Always cleaning or busy when I go in. All the employees at this location arevery knowledgeable about the ingredients and the ordering system don't be shy to ask. Great place to get a healthier meal.
