Ok let me start off by saying that my experiences at this location are not, how shall I put this "consistent". I did give three... stars on account of the fact my positive experiences at this location were actually quite "stellar" all things considered.Previously in my recent ventures here. They had been "severely" short handed with only one awesome lady literally doing it all.She had amazing customer service skills (despite being short handed) and having a great attitude. During this visit shedisplayed excellent organization and time management. You wouldn't even know that there was only one employee, as she "handled"it like an all star. However another experience I had more recently is one of those that makes you not want to return. Boughttwo sandwiches, one of them being a meatball sub. Unfortunately these meatballs were more of a semblance to cardboard. They wererock hard and drier than any I have ever had. Here's the kicker to it all. When I called them only to inform them of the sadsandwich and condition of meatballs I had just paid for. The lady who answered the phone was extremely short with me immediatelyand when I started to explain my issue. She cut me off to tell me that they were just cooked fresh half hour ago and should begood. I further iterated they were not and she again cut me off saying "ok ok thx for letting us know and hung up on me. I feltas if I was being treated as a liar and was making it up. I may not return at this point as I don't like being made to felt thisway, and I'm sure as the sky is blue do not want a "meatball" sub of that caliber ever again.... Read more
I walked in and I was acknowledged but when I went to order, the order taker seemed nervous. Lady made my sandwich and I noticed... all the ingredients looked rather wilted and old. Browning lettuce, frozen spinach, and not so good looking condiments. Not tomention they skimped on filling. I only went here because I was wanting a healthier option other then fast food. I would rathereat fast food before going here again. When I went to pay, I looked up at the cashier and it was the owner, now that explainswhy the sandwich maker was nervous. Will not go here again. Every time the service is no better then the last. Need betterservice, better ingredients, and more polite employees. The cost for a sandwich, drink and a bag of chips was outrageous. Worst customer service ever! The employee was very short with us and unfriendly. On top of that, the Cali Fresh Turkey did not... come with bacon (even though it?s supposed to). We asked the employee to please add the bacon, and he outright lied and said thesandwich doesn?t come with bacon. The mean lady: The breakfast sandwiches are excellent because of the avocado you can add. I have ordered over twenty! The... UberEATS app is currently missing the avocado option. I call the store and they put it on. Until today when a very strange ladygot mad and said it costs more so she wasn't going to give the full amount. I told her I would pay the extra. She was reallymean and said she had to go. I waited a few minutes and called again and she said I was mean to her. I just want my sandwich. Read more
The women who was there did very well in keeping the line going as best as she can. Woukd be simple with two people instead of... just her but I understand that sometimes isn't a option. Thank you for the sandwich though and I hope whoever that older womenwas has a good day and isn't stressed. Thank you for being a outstanding employee. Went in today for Lunch, to find out the ?Owner? who was ringing me up has a made up fee for Bacon when Im using my 6.99 Foot... long coupon. Dont get me wrong I?ve been helped here a few times and never had any issues with the coupon or employees. I readthe ?Excluded Sandwiches? on the coupon to her and she argued with me and told me what sandwiches she chooses to charge extrafor. LOL thats stealing from people and disregarding the company as a whole. I went outside and ordered my 6.99 CBR using theapp and my coupon without any issues.
