Ok so, this location is hit or miss. The main guy there makes a good subway sandwich but he wants to be your best friend, which... is cool idk I guess, but it takes for ev er, like forever. He still gets a 5 star tho for being so friendly Read more

The clerk didn't wash his hands and then coughed on the gloves, just walked out. Annoying.

They?re usually a friendly place. However Saturday June 11, 2022 after my mother just died I had the rudest experience. Whoever... the person is that works there at 11:30am on a Saturday was extremely rude. I even apologized if I had done something wrong (Ihadn?t) and he still wouldn?t act right. Horrible, that person needs to be FIRED. He got mad because I wouldn?t give him a tip.I didn?t give him a tip because he was RUDE. Read more

Update Nov 8: Stephanie, the manager has reached out to me to offer a sincere apology of the incident and have disciplined the... employee. Because of their swift response, I wanted to change my review to 5 stars by them acknowledging that they had a problemand swiftly responded to it. Sun. Nov 8 4-6pm. Just had one of the worst experience from a restaurant that I wasn?t even apatron. I?m waiting to meet a friend at the restaurant next door, Central Kitchen. When my friend pulls up and as we startedwalking into the restaurant, some tiny scraggly guy comes out of Subway and says they don?t allow panhandling. It caught me offguard as I look around and both me and a employee of the Central Kitchen are trying to figure who this guy was talking about. Heworks at the restaurant, so I knew he wasn?t talking about him and I?m dressed in a nice outdoor coat and slacks so I figure hewasn?t talking about me. I just figure he was some homeless guy coming out of Subway so I just put it behind me. After havingfood and drinks, we come out of the restaurant and while walking by Subway, I noticed the guy I thought was a homeless guy wasindeed someone that worked behind the counter at Subway. When I went inside to ask him what he meant about the panhandlecomment, surprisingly he said it again! When I told him I was meeting a friend for dinner and how could he assume I waspanhandling considering I was cleanly dressed, he said that?s how he looked to him then he started on a cussing rampage andthreatened to call the cops on me. If this is how Subway treats normal people that aren?t customers of their establishment, Iwould hate to think that?s how they treat their normal customers. I?ve always had great experiences when I went to Subway. Thiswill be one that I?ll ovoid because of this situation. I?m hoping that it doesn?t have anything to do with me being black. Read more
