Watching and waiting for my order, most employees don't care it seems and aren't very loud saying names to try and get orders... out. Not filling cups all the way and asking people if they want more ice when it's like got so much ice and isn't full, likeadd more coffee not ice. And my order was wrong. Read more

This is for store at concourse C gate C6. This is one of the worst stores as far as customer service. The employees were... basically gossiping, being rude to and making fun of customers. I saw an older lady patiently stand there while others got theirdrinks. When she approached to ask a barista there (a blonde with glasses) she dismissed her at first telling her they wereworking on it, but then when the lady insisted the barista realized she had left the lady?s drink under the counter and neverhanded it off. She didn?t apologize to her and instead went a made a funny comment to her coworker about it. My drink was madewrong and the same barista argued with me that it was right. When I explained why it was wrong she begrudgingly remade it andthen threw it on the counter saying ?your welcome?. HMS and or Starbucks should really crack down on this store but probablywon?t. I would advice getting your coffee elsewhere. Read more

Absolute worst customer service at a Starbucks. Everyone just stands and huddles around gossiping. It took forever to get my... drink because everyone was so lazy. Shouldn't people get fast service at an AIRPORT?!! To make it to the baggage claim or aflight!! Why would there only be one person making drinks when there were at least 10 employees. That seems unfair and badtraining to support their coworkers. I should trust a Starbucks for fast service and competent workers. One particular employeehad an agitating loud annoying voice that kept putting me on the spot on top of her grandiose sense of self. Will be contactinga manager or cooperate. Starbucks on E concourse was a total letdown. I received a venti iced.coffee only half full. When I asked for more water, twice,... I got a snarky attitude from the girls at the pick up location. The guy at the microwave was also sarcastic when I asked for myorder. Get people at this location with some customer service skills. Read more

Concourse E Starbucks closed at 430pm or earlier on a Wednesday ?.... No signage on hours etc... Came in to check out their... mugs around 9am when I landed, came back to buy a mug on my way out, or I guess not... Read more

Friendly staff. Made my drink perfectly. Impressively clean for being in an international airport! They have the "Been There... Series" mugs and expresso cups on the merchandise wall. I'll be back next time I fly out of here for sure! The perfect pre-planecoffee spot (: Read more
