Got my order wrong and then proceeded to ignore me the entire time I kept trying to ask for their help. All of the ladies... working were too busy gossiping with each other. Finally got fed up and left. Still have no idea what drink they gave me, tastesoff. Won?t order from there again. Read more
I always ask for a Trenta.. I personally don?t like my pink drink bright pink because they taste very sweet and makes my stomach... hurt. So I asked for more coconut milk politely and the barista gave me a look. When she gave me my drink, she didn?t bother tofill it up. Might as well gotten a venti. Been there a few times. Nesha and Crystal and a gentlemen that works there are super nice. Nikki on the other hand is a wrench.... I will from now on make sure the others are working to get my coffee and if she is, I?ll be getting my coffee elsewhere.Horrible attitude, customer service, she probably put something into my drink the last time I ordered because my stomach was inpain for 2 days and that had been the only thing I had the whole day. I get diarrhea every time I drink something from here, which makes me think they're cross contaminating. I can't do milk.... Additionally they don't practice the best customer service and because they aren't a real Starbucks, they don't have the sameknowledge or understanding about the products they're selling and they have a strange attitude about it if you try to help themunderstand. It's a Starbucks inside a Safeway, so for what it is, it's good. The tables needed to be cleaned off before I sat at one and the... napkins took a minute to find, but service was fast and friendly and my order was accurate. I didn't see any electrical outletsnear the tables, so not a great location if you want to work for awhile. Read more
Super RUDE baristas. They act as if you are a nuisance while taking your order. I don't like an in your face barista, but a... polite one would be great. Read more
