The staff that works at this location is absolutely amazing! I went in because the drive through line was so long it was already... blocking regular traffic. I went in to find that the amazing and skillful staff, not only tend to customers in the drivethrough, but making online orders and sales at the register. Untrained staff at this location. The barista gave me a cup which was overfilled and spilling. Instead of putting the drink in a... new cup, she stacked another cup and drink kept spilling. I was wearing a new shirt and now cannot take stain off of the shirt.Manager called back with some vague info and gave me an incident report number, but nothing happened... When you open too manystores with incompetent staff - this leads to downfall of an established business. Support your local business, especiallyduring Covid-19. Read more
This Starbucks is closed more than it is open. The middle of the day the A frame will be out on the street saying it is open... when it is not. Whomever thought this would be a good location for a drive thru Starbucks did not think it through. Only 2 carsfit in the waiting line to order before you are blocking traffic. There needs to be another entrance so cars do not collide whenentering and cars are leaving the drive through. I do not recommend this location for reliability alone. Read more
My friend and I stopped in to grab some coffee before we set out to the beach. I had a few questions about some of the new... drinks, and Asher's knowledge and service went wayway ab and beyond. Awesome drinks. Friendly, cheerful baristas. Stopping here is either coming or going to do shopping errands in the Tansabourne... malls area. Always a parking place, Starbucks is in the front of Albertsons with nice tables with chairs in which to chill outwhile you wait for your treat. Read more
Had a great experience. The baristas were friendly, polite, and the coffee was fresh and delicious. The condiment bar was clean... and well stocked and the area behind the counter looked neat and tidy as well. Will be returning to th is location. Read more
