The employees accused me of faking the scan code on the Starbucks app. The next time I went the barista said they were out of... cold brew and the other corrected them. I love the Starbucks inside my local Safeway on 10th and S.W. Jefferson St. It is great in many ways, but most if all is the... friendliness of the start working there. I was surprised on my second trip the girl at the counter said " Hello Laura." She knewmy name from my previous visit. I felt very good about going there because she remembered my name and it made me feel welcomeand at home with my Local Starbucks. ( The third trip she recited my drink as I started to place my order. She said "Large Mochafrapachinno, no whipping cream, and extra shot of espresso, and a puppachino for your puppy?" I thought "wow.....she rememberedthat after two visits?" Bad Starbucks in an even worse Safeway store makes this location worth avoiding. There's plenty of other Starbucks within... shouting distance of this one that, unlike this one, don't make me regret having ever heard of Starbucks.
