This is a clean Starbucks with few homeless people issues. Friendly staff.
Good coffee. Waited 15 minutes for a cold brew though, because they needed to change their keg. Got a hot drink instead of cold... even after asking for ice cubes. Bartender told me that if you ask for ice cubes for a hot coffee they assume it should belukewarm? I?d expect them to ask for clarification. Anyway, cute building, very nice staff. The staff here is friendly and quick. The drinks are well made, and there are ample outlets too.
Another tray adorbs coffee person helped us. He was making good suggestions about drinks and he insisted that we bring our... drinks back if they weren't to our liking which is just a nice thing for someone to do. He didn't make us feel like we wereannoying customers who don't know what they want. He embraced the journey of figuring out what sounded good, he made helpfulsuggestions, and just overall was really good at his job. And that's hard to find sometimes! Read more
this is the best Starbucks ever!! Mic was so helpful, I had no idea what I wanted and she explained all the drinks. She was... super sweet and patient. I ended up getting the shaken brown sugar espresso drink and it was SO GOOD!! the whole experience mademy day ! Read more
Scott at the 28th and Burnside location is a wonderful person. I support people with disabilities and he remembers the name of... the person I support. She told me she doesn't have any friends and him remembering her makes her feel more human. He has reallychanged a life with his kindness. Read more
