I want to love this place... but it's so inconsistent.. one day your handsomely priced drink is great, the next day it has... become a mutated version of the same thing.. same with the food.. overcooked, rock hard bread on the sandwiches. Premium prices(alone) demand premium execution, which this place lacks. I hope the team who's responsible can turn things around. Read more

Last night my son was very sick and my girlfriend toke him to the ER. This morning after work even though I was exhausted i... bought my girlfriend her favorite drink a iced white mocha. I had my credit card out to buy a sausge and chedder sandwich as iwas organizing my money because my wallet wouldn't close. The lady opened her window and first thing she said " I can't takehundreds" I told her ". I told her "I'm just organizing my money". I ordered a sausage egg and cheddar sandwich. London is by far my most favorite barista ever at Starbucks. I am sad to hear that she is no longer with the company. She was... always such a positive and bright spot of my morning. I knew she was going to be moving on and unfortunately needed to do so alittle earlier than planned. I was going to take her in flowers and a card on her last day to show my appreciation for her. Maybe this will get to her instead. You are amazing, London! Don't let anyone steal your sparkle. Read more
Having a really bad day because my brother in law passed away and the really sweet worker at the window gave us free coffee. She... didn't know until after we had the drinks. Then we told her the story. Her kindness will never be forgotten. We will pay itforward. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! Read more
