Manager is very very rude, she refused to grind starbuck bean coffee that I brought in as it was an unopened gift, unless you... have to purchase from that kiosk. I don't know how she got that job since she can't even know how to tone her voice down whentalking to customer. It was an unpleasant experience that I never had before. Read more

I ordered a couple iced americanos and the baristas gave me two warm ones, I politely asked to have them iced and they gave me... attitude. The iced americanos I got were pretty much just ice and water with a hint of muddy coffee and cream with crumbs. I?venever seen such careless customer service. Read more
