Good service, baristas were polite and fast, the coffee is Starbucks so you either like it or you don't, I think it's good.
Almond mocha tasted watered down, did not even taste like a rich mocha flavor, it tasted like vomit. Really unhappy how... expensive it was, and the drinks were not made with love. Friendly baristas, but the drink I received taste like vomit. I hadbetter almond mochas at other cafes, plus the chat I had with costumer service online was not better, it needs to be addressed,and she told me, she seen my recent interactions, I email about the same things. I have not emailed or chatted about what needsto be addressed in a year. Starbucks is going down hill with a lack of respect for it's costumers, specially costumer serviceonline. Read more
Excellent customer service at this location. Not only were they incredibly friendly, they insisted on making me a new drink when... I ordered the new apple macchiato even though I told them it was fine - I didn't like it, it does NOT taste anything like appleI repeat no yummy apple taste at all. It basically tasted like bitter coffee. Read more
quick fast and fantastic.. you cant complain about coffee.. although watched this mean lady go beserk on the poor barista bc she... didnt get 2 sandwiches bc she wasnt heard saying 2 then was appalled that she had to pay for the sandwich. Then threw a fit bcshe was waiting 3 hours for a ride and apparently that too was this poor girls fault... So poor barista you are good and awesomeand you make good frappuccinos.. Read more
My favorite Starbucks! The staff there are super friendly and helped me figure out how to get my white mocha appropriately less... sweet. They're always upbeat and strike up conversation with customers. Read more
