This is the worst Starbucks. They must go through employee because I never get my drink made right. Some as basic as a pink... drink is just all coconut milk?. How does that work?? They locked their lobby and then refused to serve me through the drive through window just because I didn?t have a car this... time. After I already walked there on my break just to get a breakfast sandwich. Pretty rude in my opinion. I come here often ina car or not in a car. Manager is probably one of the rudest people I've ever met. Has attitude and was rude to not only me but another customer. I... have a coworker who has gone there multiple times and has also had terrible interactions with the manager being extremelydisrespectful to them. Rest of staff has been chill and highly appreciate them. They are the only reason why my coworker goesback. I when to this location this morning at 7am (8/20/22) at the drive-thru it was a car in front of me waiting for about 5 minutes,... then me I tried to order but one answered I moved to the window I saw 2 girls an two boys no one said anything they justignored me, so I waited for another 10 minutes thinking that they were getting ready after that I call over the phone to see ifthey were open, one of the boys answered the phone and said we aren?t open yet when he realized it was me on the window callinghe kind surprised! ???????? 15/20 minutes waiting for nothing, all they had to do was walk to the window and said sorry we arenot open yet, not only that couple other cars were behind me, they didn't waited. I hope that someone responsible on charge ofthis kids look this review. Read more
The worst Starbucks location ever. They are completely incompetent. I came two different times ordering a drink. One time they... gave me salted caramel cold foam instead of vanilla sweet cream foam and when I came back they said ?the buttons are close so itwas obviously just a mistake? mind you? with attitude. So I come back again couple days later. They forget the cold foam alltogether and when I ask for it the lady rolls her eyes!!!! I looked at the sticker and sure enough it says cold foam! And shehad the audacity To be annoyed with me? HAHA. This Starbucks is the worst location I?ve ever been to! I?m not sure what?s going on with Starbucks, but this is the second store that I?ve tried to pick up my mobile order at inside... the lobby after their posted signs say they are open in their lobby. Doors are locked and the employees will not let me inside,and will not serve me unless I go through the drive-through. If your lobby is closed, you need to have the correct hours postedoutside so people know. I arrived after 6 AM, which is when the posted hours say that this location was open. Read more
