I love stopping by this Starbucks immaterial I'm thirsty or need coffee. Every time, I was treated really nice. All the staff... here are friendly and equally courteous and I felt all the staff I have come across is really kind and customer focused. Theymake sure you are well treated and accepted. I don't have better words to explain - I feel free and happy to go into thislocation because I am so well accepted and given a great service all the time. They are just so lovely, considerate and so humanand the best I've experienced. Now about the location - its at one of the entrances to Cascade station mall (Max station isacross the street) the store is very spacious and seating is arranged well spaced and serves as a great informal interviewspot. There's many choices of seating - a quiet corner just for you or in the middle of hustle and bustle for the socialite orthe right place for a work project. There's also seating outside at two entrances that I enjoy most times. Overall, greatlocation - great staff - great service plus a well made latte or a cafe o'lait. Read more
Stopped here on our way to the airport. They were much busier than I expected, being a little out of the way this early in the... morning. The staff seemed a little busy and distracted today, and with this being my first visit I don?t know if that?s normal.We had a small issue with using my stars to pay for a drink and another small issue with not getting vanilla in my wife?s drink.It wasn?t a big deal at all, but made me wonder how normal this might be for this shop. They have a few nice tables outsidesince there is no inside seating available. I also liked the sign and post-it notes for ?what brings you joy?? that was in frontof the counter. Read more

Convenient location. All menu options available you'd expect from a typical Starbucks. Doesn't have a drive-through though :(
