Food was good. But I watched them make my food and put it on the counter where it's set for 2 minutes and then I watched 3... minutes go by and then I watched 4 minutes go by then I watched my bus go by. Luckily somebody came in from the back noticed myfood sitting there it was nice enough to give it to me. I should probably only be 10 minutes late for work definitely could havebeen worse. Horrible customer service. Before i even had a chance to say a word i was Refused service at the walk up window when my work van... doesnt fit through their drive way, they then proceeded to invent policy and "oregon state law" about not serving walk upcustomers. It should be noted that it is now a violation of portland city code to not serve bicycle/walk up customers at a drivethru. The supervisor decided that starbucks has a policy against serving walk up customers and that it supercedes any cityordnance. Starbucks, you letting your employees stifle business and write policy whenever it suits them? Read more
This place is terrible, Even if you have plenty of time and are early but decide to stop, you?ll prob end up late. Terrible... drinks as well. Get an extra shot?.. prob didn?t get it lol. Sheisty slow overpriced bad drinks. Makes sense. Read more
Wouldn't take an order from the walk up window even though they had zero cars in the drive through due to "staffing" I worked at... Starbucks for 3 years on a two floor and never turned down customers at the walk up window. This is absolutely ableist againstthose who cannot drive. Read more
Not a huge fan of Starbucks in the first place, but my latte tasted burnt. It gave me caffeine, though, so I can't complain.... Service was fine, the guy taking my order seemed nice and gave me a full rundown of the latte flavors after I asked, which Iappreciate. The cashier was pretty friendly as well. However, it was a bit slow, especially for 8 in the evening. I wouldn'thave gone here if there were more coffee options around at night, but I get stuck at Starbucks for convenience. Read more
Very busy location. Double charged me and messed up my order! Probably a common thing and why they are so busy! My drink didn't... taste like it normally does and when I said something they rolled their eyes and made me a new one but still wasn't the same asprevious Starbucks locations I've been to. EDIT This location had redeemed themselves. I had a bad experience in the past atthis location but frequently come here now to pickup my order using the app online. It's a super convenient ordering online andnot having to wait to order. Staff is friendly and abides by social distancing guidelines and safety practice. Read more
