If I could, I?d give this place 0 stars. We walked in on a Monday morning and asked a couple of questions about the sandwich... options with which we were greeted with a snarky attitude from the person taking the order. Then after we noticed that theymessed up our order by A LOT, we pointed out to the man making it that it?s wrong. He refused to listen to us after manyattempts to correct our order and at some point he just walked away to complain to who seems to be the manager, which was whotook our order. Such a sensitive team, we were very clear with our wish to fix our order and they came over to yell at us thatwe were ?rude to the staff member? when he was the one being short and rude. Honestly the best bagels I?ve found so far in Portland. These are fantastic with just the right amount of chew! Love the salt... and herb, as well as the other unique flavors. They are good sized and really can?t go wrong. Will definitely be going back toenjoy! Read more

Seems this place is mismanaged. I've been here once before and almost didn't order anything because of how unkempt the place... was, but the lox and everything bagel I ordered were decent. This time they closed after the next couple in line ordered, at8:45am, due to low staffing. Kitchen area looked to be in complete disarray, staff were polite but looked defeated. Everybodyhas bad days I guess. Everything bagels are decent, but the pumpernickel bagels are disappointing. At $10 a half dozen these aredefinitely better than the junk you get from a grocery store, but too expensive for the quality. The search for good bagels inPortland continues. Read more

Salt & herb bagel with mango habanero cream cheese, jalapeno bagel with roasted veggies cream cheese, sesame bagel with chives... cream cheese, multi grain everything bagel with vegan egg and cheddar cheese, side of vegan bacon and sausage.
