I ordered Nairobi chicken. As soon as the chicken and spices hit the grill, I could smell the deliciousness from outside of the... food cart. My tastebuds were not disappointed. I am doing a low carb diet, so skipped the rice and got extra salad. Theflatbread smelled great, though I didn?t eat it (diet). I hope our paths cross again. I would love to eat here again. I had the chicken rice bowl, it tasted like it was home-made, every ingredient was fresh the textures were on point. The curry... flavor builds nicely to a slow heat. This is the best lunch deal I have found at a cart for months and I can get 2 meals fromthis rice bowl. New fave cart! Read more

The tropical smoothie with mango and pineapple (vegan) was so refreshing on a hot day and the spinach wrap with grilled shrimp... was so flavorful and fresh! Thanks to the friendly owners as well, who helped with recommendations. My meal was out quick andtasted delicious. I?m so glad I tried something new today at the 82nd carts! Read more

I wanted to love this but it was terrible. Moldy injera and terrible vegan burrito and vegan Ethiopian platter. Threw it away... after a few bites. So heartbreaking because I love Ethiopian food. Really wasn't even remotely Ethiopian (except for the moldyinjera) and it was different a few years ago. Must have changed owners or management. Read more

Phenomenal!!! Experienced their culinary delights at the Gresham Farmers market. Being from NYC I love authentic food and... Spice of Africa tastes just like back home. Absolutely a must to try the food here. I will return for more delicious memoriesof Kenyan and Ethiopian friends and festivities from home. Thank you tremendously! Read more

We went to the PSU Farmers market this weekend and ate at their food cart. We have tried food here before and had enjoyed it... previously. However, our experience this time could not have been worse. The fried plantains tasted like motor oil, the rice washalf- cooked, wraps did not have any sauce in them and were too dry to eat, samosa stuffing was ok but the outer cover was allburnt and tasted bitter. Will never eat here again. There wasn't even one dish of the 5 items we ordered here that was worth themoney. Read more
