Thank you for the Pie. My grandson and I appreciated ???? it. My streets were all blocked off, we couldn't go home at 9:30pm we... met at Shari's. Because of a shooter in the neighborhood the nice policeman wouldn't let me go home. So the manager gave us apiece of pie. It was a great! Read more
Horrible...couldn't even eat. I think the cook must be on something. Food was cold and old looking. Staff agreed to recook as... they said it looked "not right" , but was afraid of retaliation from the cook. There was only like 3 people in the place..shouldhave been first clue! Lazy employees. This place is a ghosttown....plenty of time to make this place sparkle. Waitress was OKbut not detailed oriented. WORST Shari's we've ever been to. Filthy tables and floors, windows and menus crusty...hate toimagine kitchen. I'm still puking a Lil in my mouth from this experience. Read more
Not my favorite Sharis. The waitress we got 2 out of 3 times was slow and uninterested in the customers. The most recent trip we... got the same waitress. She asked us if we want drinks then quickly walked away without giving us a chance to respond. After thisfollowed our previous experience with the same person, we decided to go to a different restaurant. The prior visit, we had anamazing waitress here but the cook left out a key ingredient that was listed on the menu. This location needs attention to bothinterpersonal service and consistency of food. I had the Fish and chips everything was piping hot and so delicious and for desert Montana cherry pie and took home a Washington... Apple pie and the service was wonderful and so friendly staff they were very attentive. Will be coming back. Read more
My experience at Shari?s the last half year has almost always been SLOW service. This is usually not entirely the staff?s fault... - every location I have visited is chronically understaffed. And they?re trying to balance take out orders for the Grubhubs andother food delivery services. But it gets old? Go if you?re willing to wait. Read more
Good dinner but the experience could have been better. My friend and went to our closest Shari's (where we go fairly often) for... dinner. We were little surprised, upon arrival, that there didn't seem to be a full complement of pies but didn't give it a lotof thought or attention. We both ordered the small ("senior") fish and chips, which we very much enjoyed. The restaurantwasn't crowded, so we thought it took unnecessarily long for our server to check on us (since she was serving the table next toours and another only a few feet away) but, once we got her attention, she was very attentive and helpful. When it came time toorder dessert, we learned that they were again out of strawberry pie (they hadn't received any the last time we were there,either (on Father's Day weekend). Our server was also surprised that they didn't have any on July 4th and had noexplanation. As I reviewed the pie offerings on the menu, it appeared that several old standbys were also missing. For a chainthat includes pies in its name, I find this very disappointing. Read more

We went for Thanksgiving dinner (2022). I literally cannot believe the food they were serving. I wanted to give it back, and... leave but mom was paying and is quite a pushover. So, we got a good amount of turkey, but it was so dry it was hard to swallow.The stuffing was to hard to eat unless you dug into the middle of it for a spoon sized portion that was eatable. The mashedpotatoes were cold. Mom's broccoli was actually good, but mine was cold, hard, and dry. And, you could tell the roll was pulledout of the package without even warming it. I was so irritated with this dinner. The pie was good, and so was the service. We'venever been to this Shari's before, but there was an hour wait at the other Shari's, so we went to this one.. (Gresham 181st &Powell) There was no wait, and several empty seats. Now I know why.. Very disappointing.. Read more
