I was thrilled to try the coconut milk based mint chocolate chip, which is a creamy choice I don'tusually have as a dairy-free option, since companies frequently choose only fruit based alternatives. Possibly the best ice cream store in the world. Incredible flavours with lots of innovation. So impressed with them I bought... their recipe book at Powell?s. I had their limited flavor of Rose watermelon ice cream and it was surprisingly good. The watermelon really threw me off and I... thought it would be decent but it really beat my expectations. I'm currently in line at a different Salt n Straw to get the sameice cream flavor only to be sad because they didn't offer it.
