We walked right in and got seated immediately. Wasn't terribly busy, definitely was not slow. Our server was extremely... courteous, and very very funny. She took our order with no issues whatsoever, and gave us a very friendly experience. The foodwas delicious and nothing was wrong whatsoever, and definitely is a good bang for your buck. (forgot to post this when it actually happened in September) I went here with 2 friends. On the way there we got into a car... accident yayyy ???????? I've been to Red Robin only once before nearly ten years ago, for my 10th birthday. I think. I don'tremember. I ordered the mozzarella sticks after a brief discussion with friends about whether that constitutes a meal. Friend 1got the BLTA and Friend 2 got the barbecue burger. They liked their meals. We shared a milkshake. There was cool art. Ourserver was very cool and fun and friendly, but sadly I do not remember their name. iirc she showed us cool rings she had on Themozzarella sticks were very good. I don't have them often, and I have to say they're not the most delicious food I've ever had,but still very good. (And I got a double mozzarella stick!!!!!! Very fun) We had a chocolate milkshake after our meals???????????????????? It was split into two cups to be shared between the 3 of us. I keep forgetting I can't eat dairy Almostforgot! I used to love red Robin! They have really gone Downhill the past five years. But this location was extra bad. I ordered some... food to go and arrived at the time they said it would be ready. My food was ready but my milkshake wasn?t and it took themalmost 15 minutes to make it while I stood there. By then the 9?.yes nine soggy fries they gave me were cold. And when I gotto my car I discovered that they neglected to give me a straw or napkins. Oh and the place was filthy. I wish I could givethem lower than one star. Read more

There is not enough staff. The staff that was there was amazing. Very attentive and kind. The hostesses have a lot to learn, but... they worked hard. The food quality has gone down over the years. The BBQ chicken wrap used to have crunch to it. I miss that. Read more

I was a server for 10 years so I am pretty forgiving of any employee busting their butt in the hospitality field! It really... takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. The restaurant as a whole is fantastic, The heavy set woman who is a server andhostess is EXTREMELY RUDE, she made me and my husband feel like we were 2bd class citizens, she continued her conversation forabout 3 mins after she clearly saw us walk in, and it wasn't a work related conversation. I still give 5 stars because all ofthe other employees were great food was great! I can't let one sub par employee ruin the 5 stars everyone else earned. Read more

We went to this location after leaving another in OR because the wait was ridiculous! We decided to eat closer to home and we... tried this location, sat at the bar, and we got served by the bartender who was pretty speedy and understood a complaint at aprior RR that never served our unlimited fries we wanted. She was courteous in getting us taken care of, food was awesome, andshe was the best! Will come to this location again for sure! BTW, the location on Grand Central Station was the one they made uswait as well for our unlimited fries, so proceed with caution when going to that one! Read more

Fast service, great burger (Southern Charm), and fries were hot and seasoned perfect! Had a bad experience at a different Red... Robin chain and wanted redemption. This location did not disappoint and I would definitely go back again. Read more
