Richard and me went to order Ramen Ippo after strenuous training and hiking--and Ippo saved us with its absolutely top-notch... flavor, meat and noodles! It's beyond 5 star, honestly, even from New York/Flushing food-paradise standard! It's medium spicywith peanut sauce is so well formulated ! Great Ramen and a nice variety of recipes. The standard Ippo Ramen is wonderful and for me, comfort food for sure. Another type... is called TanTan,(if I remember correctly) and it features a peanut butter sauce. It's very good also. The portion isn't asplentiful with the broth as other restaurants might offer but it's delicious and the proprietors are great too. A+ Read more

Amazing! This was the best ramen I have had so far. I had the Tantan ramen, the broth was very rich and flavorful. It has... scallions, cilantro, sweet corn, ground chicken and a hint of coconut. The spice level was also perfect. Highly recommend tryingout the Tantan ramen. Only regret is that I didn't have enough time to try their other ramen, while I was visiting Portland. Read more
