Poor service , poor quality and overprice! My family pre-booked for reguion to take care everything. Wtook almost a hour to... wait for twice of fried rice dishes and another things. Food quality?s gone down more than first days since they opened. A fewmonths ago, i?ve experienced with poor quality of food here . When my order? hu tieu nam vang? with pork liver smells like theydid keep it over shelf life. Good party venue with a stage No lunch menu and the food was decent and slightly pricey. The salted fish was not crisp and the... fried rice was a bit on soggy. Despite the pictures in past reviews, the staff kindly told me that they no longer serve dim sum. We decided to just order... bubble tea and they allowed us to scoop our own toppings without any limitations. We wanted to try new flavors but we wereworried that we would purchase a drink we wouldn't like. He eased our concerns and provided us samples of the drinks we wereinterested in before we bought it. I felt that the price for bubble tea was quite expensive ($6.50) but the service providedwas exceptional. I'll be definitely returning to try out their food options on a later date. This is a great place for groups to enjoy a family style dinner! I loved the food and the kind, fun servers. The price was great... as well. We tried about eight platters (one each) and all of us enjoyed it! The chicken and beef platters were our favorites.The only reason I gave this a four instead of a five was solely because of the facility, which wasn't bad, but it was designedmore for a reception rather than a restaurant, which honestly wasn't that big of a deal. Oh man this place is so good and I feel like it's a quiet kept secret!! Been back twice and everything was so good! The flavors... are good, clean and so tasty! Serving size is nice and the prices seem reasonable for the serving. We've been trying to findsome good salt and pepper squid on this side of town and I think we found it! I've tried a little bit of everything. Dim sum,soups(fish maw, bun bo hue, bun rieu), snails. All good! The menu has a wide range of things which is kind of interesting. Thereis something for everyone. Can't wait to try all the other things! The owner is super nice and just over all have had a niceexperience with them. I love trying new places! Queenz did not disappoint. There is large diverse menu with many different options! The Pho had a... rich broth. I had it with brisket, flank and eye-round beef! It was a perfect option for a blustery day! I got to tasty thevermicelli bowl and loved the bean curd stuffed with shrimp that was on top of the bowl with the other sides. The spicydumplings were good and complimented our lunch! The server was efficient and friendly! I am excited to return to try otherdishes. Read more
Took my mom here for dinner when we visited this past summer cuz it was one of her favorite Viet restaurant in Portland. It was ... surprisingly good and authentic. We got a few specials and it didn't disappoint. The shrimp paste noodle platter and betelwrapped beef platter were good, tasted as authentic. The signature garlic noodle was tasty. Com Chay bo luc lac was good, whichthe beef wasn't dry or over cooked. Flavor was good. Bun Tom thit nuong was decent. It was on pricy side for what you getthough. Service should be better and more improved. Would I return? Yes, but for the food, not for the service. Read more
